Australian Athletes with a Disability is responsible for the administration of three National Sports Organisations for the Disabled and was formed in 2002.

The three organisations are:

  • Australian Sports Organisation for the Disabled
  • Cerebral Palsy Sports and Recreation Federation of Australia
  • Wheelchair Sports Australia
All three organisations are responsible for the development of sport for athletes with a disability and administer, promote and coordinate sporting opportunities.
